We do not request payment directly from the website, we
personally respond and quote according to your requirements. The knowledge base
is supported by professional photographers who share over 90 years of experience in the field,
so advice is
'tried and tested' in most cases.

Every parcel dispatch from
Studio22 is insured for the duration of its travel.
What about warrantees?
All our genuine products are sourced from the official South African
distributors and carry their full official warranty - 12 months in most cases. Products can be viewed or
collected directly from Studio22. Please make
contact to ensure we have stock on that day.

with one of our efficient courier services. If you are shopping for a great deal or carefully planning your purchase,
we will be glad to assist.
How to place an order:
Send us an e-mail and we will be in contact. Let us know what you are looking
for and we will confirm stock availability or alternative options as well as
shipping or delivery options tailored to your unique requirements. On
confirmation (for out of town orders), we send you a pro forma invoice with our
banking details for EFT payment. Goods are shipped to your selected address
nationwide. (Nationwide
Shipping.)
Payment options:
We do not capture credit card details via our site. Nationwide orders can be
paid securely by EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer / internet or at a bank). Credit
cards are accepted in the store along with cash, debit cards and EFT.

What is in stock?
We have many thousands of products listed on our website. Although we do our
very best to keep the most popular cameras, lenses, flashes and accessories in
stock, it is not possible to have all these products in stock the whole time.
The availability of certain products and the duration of certain orders are very
dependent on the stock situation of our suppliers.
