canvas & Metro block
Metro Block:
With the popularity of canvas (and our water resistant
washable coating), we extended the options and
introduced the Metro Block. The Metro Block is a mounted and laminated
print with a black 30mm deep frame.
Urban Canvas:
A mix of canvas and Metro Block. We flat mount the
canvas on hardboard and frame it with the same 30mm deep
black frame as the Metro Block but with a wider rim. As less canvas is needed compared to that used over a
stretcher, you have a framed canvas at almost the same
price as a canvas on a stretcher. The final product
retains the textured effect of canvas without the soft
backing.
All our Urban Canvases, Metro Blocks and Stretched
Canvasses are custom made, although we have a price list
of pre-calculated sizes, we are not limited to these
sizes.
